The focus on a retail development policy is confirmed by the opening of corners and shop-in-shops, in Italy and abroad.
Project
Lotto Sport Italia has embarked on a process of organizational reorganization and its distribution model with the adoption of a multi-channel integration strategy between all the touchpoints in order to establish a lasting and loyal relationship with the end customer.
The brand has chosen Venistar's CX – Commerce eXperience platform to standardize retail and distribution processes and enable digital strategies to extend the omnichannel experience to all departments and the entire brand supply chain, including customers.
